We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome clients and greet people who visit our firm.
An ideal candidate for this position will have a positive, pleasant attitude and be a team player.
Computer skills are required and office experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Notify the appropriate staff of client or guest arrival
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms)
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Update call log with all client calls
- Open, scan and distribute mail
