Job Overview:
We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, software troubleshooting, and network administration. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for software, hardware, and network-related issues
- Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot and resolve IT problems efficiently
- Analyze and diagnose technical issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software applications.
- Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, security and network systems
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement solutions to improve system performance and reliability.
- Monitor and maintain firewall security
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of software troubleshooting techniques
- Experience in network administration and firewall management
- Ability to analyze technical problems and provide effective solutions
- Familiarity with computer hardware components
