Job Description:
Full-Time Wine Club Assistant to assist our Wine Club Manager. Focused on superior customer service and creating fantastic guest experiences, we are looking for someone who truly enjoys providing world-class customer service in a professional & engaging manner. This person should feel comfortable working with a team as well as on their own and understand that attention to detail is key to ongoing success.

Duties and Responsibilities: (include the following, but not limited to)
- Provide beyond expectation customer service in a consistent, timely and thoughtful manner with all customers.
- Maintaining wine club databases, including billing and updates.
- Process shipping orders, billing, and collecting credit card data.
- Research and resolve returned shipping orders and other customer service issues.
- Oversees membership application data entry.
- Assist with the processing of club shipments.
- Assist with execution of Wine Club events.
- Quickly learn knowledge about Alexandria Nicole Cellar wines & our story to ensure you can thoroughly answer questions and provide excellent customer satisfaction.
- Partner with the tasting room team to arrange and confirm wine club customer visits, tastings, and tours to the estate.
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters and forms as needed.
- Assist in the Tasting Room as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Two years’ experience in an office environment, including wine industry experience, preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, etc.
- Excellent attention to detail and flawless customer follow-up.
- Self-starter, clear communicator, positive team player, multi-tasker.
- Is knowledgeable about wines, and accurately describes wines, winemaking techniques, winery history, appellations, and unique aspects of wines.
- Good sense of humor.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
