The ideal Breakfast Cook candidate will have minimum 1 year of cooking experience in a high paced or elevating dining environment. There is the potential for growth within the culinary team for a passionate hard working associate.
Responsibilities: Control quality and consistency of all food served.
- Production of orders.
- Required to learn all menu items produced by assigned station.
- Maintain all food quality and food safety guidelines. This includes but is not limited to shift checklists, temperature logs, waste logs and inventory.
- Ensure all food supplies necessary for service are in appropriate supply on a timely basis.

Additional Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent
- Food handling certificate
- Previous experience in similar position or hospitality industry
