Salary up to $70,000 (base salary + bonus structure)
This post includes the following functions:
- Coordinating schedules with the front desk for maximum utilization of therapist’s time
- Evaluating new patients
- Treating existing patients following the treatment plan prescribed
- Asking patients who are doing well to refer their friends and family in any given opportunity (QA checks, discharge visit, etc.)
- Discharging patients when treatment is fully complete
- Keeping all documentation up-to-date with all relevant data included (per company guidelines)
- Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to promote best patient care
- Ability to work in a variety of settings: teletherapy, early intervention, daycares/preschools, schools and clinic as needed
- Participating in staff meetings and team meetings
- Keeping records of all the above functions in a way that there is record of all production
- Assisting with needed tasks in the office (cleaning, organizing, inventory, etc.), when there is down time from therapy
- Participating in marketing/PR events as they arise
Skills Needed:
The person must have a Speech Therapy license by the state as well as no criminal record. Must have a high communication level, great control and really enjoy working with others. Must be willing to work with other areas of the organization on prediction of schedules, referral development coordination, and call back to old patients. Must keep great relations with our public, in person (well kept appearance), over the phone and via email.
Schedule: This position is Full-Time 9:00-6:00, Monday-Friday. (Attendance is very crucial in this position, so time-off and lateness must be worked out beforehand when possible.)

Required:
- Registered and licensed in North Carolina and with ASHA
- Ability to build rapport with patients and parents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fun, energetic, creative and proactive
- Excellent organization, problem-solving, and time management skills
Preferred:
Previous experience with treating the pediatric population
