RECOVERY SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL II
The Recovery Support Professional II will have the primary responsibility of supporting clients in their residential treatment in a therapeutic capacity. This includes facilitating psychoeducational groups, documenting of meetings and progress on recovery goals, and coordinating basic needs.
Full-time / Non-Exempt
Pay range begins at $20.00/hour
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in human services field required. Previous experience working with persons who have a mental illness or behaviors that interfere with their daily functions preferred. Previous experience with an electronic health record preferred. Must have organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk, using the phone, and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds at times.
Valid Driver’s license required with ability to transport others using company vehicles.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitates psycho-educational groups in the program.
- Maintains appropriate clinical records and reports according to established timelines.
- Assists in the development of recovery plans and connects clients to needed resources including entitlements and other supports necessary for recovery including Community Supports.
- Identifies clients who are experiencing barriers to accessing treatment and addresses said needs through facilitating securement of entitlements and resources.
