We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office. Responsibilities include scheduling patients, answering calls, reminding patients of appointments, inputting new patient information into our system, and performing various office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Scheduling: Coordinate and manage patient appointments efficiently.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff.
- Appointment Reminders: Contact patients to remind them of upcoming appointments.
- Data Entry: Accurately input new patient information and update existing records in our system.
- Office Duties: Perform general office tasks, including filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and visitors.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a medical or behavioral health office setting is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality customer service.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.43 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
