Responsibilities include the following:
- Ability to prepare and conduct real estate closings including: reviewing purchase agreement, lender instructions, requesting pay-off information, clearing title conditions, generating closing statements, disclosures and various closing documents
- Coordinating the scheduling of closings with all parties involved in the transaction
- Ensuring that funds are disbursed according to escrow instructions, title documents are recorded and polices are issued correctly
- Establishing and nurturing strong business relationships with sales agents to influence closing business
- Working directly with buyers and sellers to provide a closing experience that is comfortable, convenient, and accurate – a great experience that keeps people coming back.
- SoftPro experience a plus!
Skill and Educational Requirements:
- 3+ years of previous closing or title experience
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Accuracy and detail-oriented
- Desire and ability to learn and grow
- Organized, adaptable and flexible
- Time Management and ability to succeed under pressure
- Positive attitude and ability to build and maintain solid business relationships.
- Aptitude for professionalism and responsiveness.
