Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Inventory Manager to join our team. The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control, including procurement, pricing, supplier management, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and possess excellent negotiation and organizational skills. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs - Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory replenishment - Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and negotiate favorable terms - Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to track inventory levels and generate purchase orders - Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements - Analyze data to identify trends, forecast demand, and make informed purchasing decisions - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for inventory management processes - Oversee contract management activities, including reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance Experience: - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field - Proven experience in inventory control and management - Strong knowledge of MRP systems and inventory management software - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions - Demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage supplier relationships - Solid understanding of contract management principles - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for optimizing inventory processes, we encourage you to apply for the position of Inventory Manager.
