Commercial Pool Technician
As a commercial pool technician, you would make sure that the water is clean and safe for HOAs at designated hours. This Person should have service knowledge to maintain commercial pools, spas, and hot tubs.
Prerequisites:
- Highschool or Equivalent
- Personal Smartphone to use accordingly job specifications
- Must be responsible (show up 5 days a week or according to the schedule including weekends if applicable, no excuses) focus on details, capacity to work independently or as a team, efficient, organized, punctual, and well groomed. Must have experience in Commercial Pools, spas, and fountain maintenance including chemical use, chemical level testing, pump, equipment maintenance, pool plumbing, and all other related items.
Commercial Pool Technician Duties and Responsibilities:
*Diagnoses and maintains commercial pools and spas, filter systems, and pumps.
*Maintain the proper chemical balance for the pool.
*Maintains the pH and Chlorine values for good water quality.
*Maintain the pool and all water features using proper chemicals and cleaners.
*Maintain the pool pumps and filters.
*Maintain the pool area including cleaning the deck and other maintenance tasks.
*Respond to commercial pool-related work orders in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
*Carrying out scheduled water cleaning, using chemicals like chlorine.
*Regularly testing commercial pool water quality and pH balance.
*Tests the chemical levels in public swimming pools and other water systems and adjusts as needed.
*Maintains manual or automated records of all activities and prepares daily / weekly / monthly reports.
*Operates and inspects tools and equipment and makes minor adjustments and repairs.
*Operates vehicles to transport various types of materials and equipment.
*Cleaning and servicing swimming pool filtration units.
*Use swimming pool vacuum cleaners to clean the pool floor.
*Use a pole with a net to clean and remove any leaves or derbies.
*Making sure equipment like pool covers, diving boards, and slides are in good working order
*Logging and reporting equipment faults or water quality problems to managers.

Pay: $140.00 - $170.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Orlando, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Pool cleaning: 1 year (Preferred)
- Pool maintenance: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
