Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Teller to join our team. The Teller will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and promoting banking products to meet customers' financial needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Identify opportunities to upsell banking products and services to customers
- Assist customers with loan origination processes and provide information on available products
- Handle cash transactions, including balancing a cash drawer and maintaining accurate records
- Utilize financial software to process transactions and update customer account information
- Implement fraud prevention measures and detect suspicious activities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and relationship management
- Operate a cash register in compliance with bank policies and procedures
