This program provides clinical intervention and peer support to facilitate a lowering of the individual’s acute distress to avoid an emergency department presentation, or further escalation of symptoms that may result in an interruption of community tenure.
This position also provides clinical supervision to staff in the Mobile Outreach (MOR) Program. The MOR program is a 24/7 program responsible for providing on-site crisis intervention and assessments to individuals in crisis or emergency mental health situations, as well as providing trauma response services for individuals having experienced a traumatic event. Services are focused on safety and hospital/jail diversion.
