The Business Systems Analyst - CRM will play a critical role in enhancing our customer relationship management systems to drive business growth and improve customer experiences. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of CRM systems, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will work closely with various departments and groups including Sales, Rep Agencies, Customer Service and Marketing to identify business needs, develop solutions, and implement improvements to our CRM processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities include:
- System Analysis and Design -
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the CRM system.
- Develop detailed requirements, specifications, and system design documentation.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Project Management -
- Manage CRM-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- User Support and Training -
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy within the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making.
- Data Management -
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy within the CRM system.
- Develop and maintain data standards, policies, and procedures.
- Perform data analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement -
- Stay current with CRM industry trends and best practices.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance CRM capabilities.
- Conduct regular system audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Do you qualify? We are seeking:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field preferred or equivalent experience (6-9 years of related experience)
- Project Management designation PMP or other
- Microsoft CRM Certification
- Strong functional knowledge and understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM within manufacturing and distributor environments.
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of all areas within Customer Engagement including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service.
- Progressive project management experience with implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM preferably in a global/multi-country scenario
- Customer-oriented mindset.
