We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Services Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional client services and support in the insurance sector. This role is commission-based, offering the opportunity for high earnings based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent client services, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist clients with policy information, claims, and coverage options.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Coordinate client communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through proactive service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for policy upgrades and cross-selling.
- Manage client renewals and policy updates efficiently.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in client services, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using client management software and other relevant tools.
Compensation:
- This is a 10999 position with unlimited earning potential based on performance.
