Pest Control Branch Manager

As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our pest-control and turf programs in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The role of Branch Manager has great impact on the day-to-day business. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who is eager to serve and develop the people in the business, with the aim of retaining and growing our existing customer base.
The essentials and exactly what you will be doing:
- Oversee the management of a team of pest-control technicians and support staff.
- Recruit, hire, and train a competent team of technicians and support staff, ensuring they are familiar with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Serve as player/coach, and providing timely, ongoing guidance and support to the team.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote a customer-centric culture.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and safety guidelines.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize operations and ensure long-term success.
- Execute a marketing strategy to cross-sell turf and pest-control services to existing and potential customers
- Engage with the marketing team to execute localized marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, direct mail, local advertising, and community engagement initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze local marketing efforts, track key performance indicators, and make necessary adjustments to optimize results.
We need you to have:
Ø Have a High School Diploma or GED
Ø 4+ years technical experience
Ø Have and maintain a Valid state driver’s license at all times.
Ø Applicators license – TDA Certified Applicator or qualified to get one
We’d love if you have:
Ø 2+ years’ experience in a lead, supervisory, or management role
Ø Demonstrated knowledge of pesticides and use of equipment and technology
Ø Vocational/Technical degree in aligned area of study
Ø Experience with Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and compliance
What you’ll also need to be successful in this role:
Ø Ability to diagnose and apply appropriate treatment through Integrated Pest Management
Ø Strong ability to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and communicate effectively.
Ø Goal and detail-oriented, critical thinker, and ready to aggressively expand.
Ø Dynamic leader with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
Ø Ability to network with green industry professionals, organizations, customers, and vendors.

Ø You must believe in and always maintain a safe work environment – we need everyone to go home - every day to their loved ones- it’s a really big deal.
Ø Working indoors and outdoors, in varying temperatures, humidity, noise, or lighting - just think of the tan you could have!
Ø Exposure to hazards, such as chemicals, electricity, or machinery/tools.
Ø Working with different types of customers constantly
Ø The ability to lift 10-50 lbs. regularly and have the ability to stand, sit, and bend on a consistent basis – it’s a physical job.
Ø The ability to see and respond to dangerous and/or safety related situations – safety is such a big deal -were talking about it again.
Ø Must wear and adhere to all personal protective gear requirements.
