We are seeking a driven Community Solutions Business Development Executive to acquire leads and secure Bulk/R.O.E. agreements in multi-dwelling (MDU) communities. This role focuses primarily on promoting our fiber internet services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage a designated territory to generate leads, maximize prospects, and establish new agreements within MDU communities.
- Exceed assigned quotas for lead generation and sales.
- Deliver compelling presentations to property managers, boards of directors, developers, and other decision-makers responsible for selecting telecommunications services.
- Develop proposals and respond to RFPs promptly and professionally, ensuring consistent follow-up on all business opportunities.
- Coordinate closely with the legal team to draft contracts aligned with negotiated terms and deliver them on schedule.
- Attend community events, trade shows, and networking events to identify potential business opportunities.
- Work with the marketing and events team to execute impactful sales demonstrations and tours, including logistics and promotional activities.
- Maintain expertise on market competitors and local trends affecting the telecommunications industry.
- Play a pivotal role in the launch process of new Ezee Fiber communities, ensuring seamless project management aligned with negotiated expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum five years of experience in business development within the telecommunications sector.
- Proven track record in selling telecommunications services and negotiating long-term agreements, with emphasis on bulk service arrangements.
- Outdoor sales experience and existing contacts in local property management, real estate, or development sectors are advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales quotas and other relevant KPIs.
- Highly energetic, self-motivated, and capable of independent work within company guidelines.
- Flexible, proactive, and adept at delivering professional client presentations.
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends as needed.
