This position is the primary contact for existing and future residents. The Leasing Consultant must embody the image of our corporate philosophy. The Leasing Consultant must be consistent with a friendly, caring and professional attitude. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for the recruiting, qualifying and retention of residents as well as the marketing of the property. These responsibilities will directly affect the Leasing Consultant's contribution to the NOI (Net Operating Income). The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for the well being of residents from the inception of leasing a unit through time of move out. This will include follow-up of service requests, lease renewal negotiations and other day-to-day needs of our residents. The position of Leasing Consultant reports directly to the Property Manager.'
