Responsibilities include (but are not limited to the following):
- General mechanical knowledge of makes and models of vehicles required.
- Provide a variety of customer support services through mail, telephone, and direct personal contact.
- Deposit cash at the end of the day from register.
- Answer phone calls and assist customers.
- Enter data from sale into our computer system.
- Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests.
- Assist with other office functions as needed.
- Pull parts for customers on occasions.
- Package items for shipping.
- Follow up on voicemails/emails.
- Walk the yard to give accurate pricing on used parts.
- Email customers and reach out to shops.
- Properly communicate with customers.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
