SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Architect reports to the in-house AOR and Director of Design. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in mid- to high-rise Residential and Commercial Construction document and City of Chicago permitting experience. The Project Architect position is an important position within the design-build company structure. This person is responsible for the day-to-day management of the permit and construction documents for multiple projects. This includes the planning and the oversight of all project deliverables related to the A&E construction documents.
The appropriate Project Architect will have the ability to work well in a team environment, be a mentor to support staff, and lead by example by establishing high performance standards in-line with company goals with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
