Working Hours Options:
1) Sunday to Thursday
2) Saturday to Wednesday
- Monday to Thursday: 3:30 p.m. to 12 a.m.
- Saturday, Sunday: 12:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
- No morning shifts
Responsibilities and Duties:
- You will be working in office, making outbound calls to conduct telephone surveys to our clients about customer satisfaction, public policy, local issues, and many more
- Work closely with our quality control team to ensure opinions and data are collected in a neutral and unbiased manner
- Adhere to the staffing schedule
Qualifications:
- One or more years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of computers,
- Excellent English communication skills, able to articulate pronunciations of difficult words
