Job Title: Sterilization Technician
Job Summary:
Avlon Industries is looking for a Sterilization Technician who plays a critical role in the company's quality control and manufacturing processes.
This position is responsible for ensuring all equipment is properly sterilized and free of contaminants, working closely with the Quality Control (QC) department and manufacturing teams to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the regulatory requirements of FDA 21 CFR.
Reports to: QC Supervisor
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Sterilization of equipment: operate sterilization equipment, such as autoclaves
and sterilizers, to properly clean and sterilize all manufacturing equipment and
tools.
· Quality control: work closely with the qc department to ensure all sterilization
processes meet the company and regulatory requirements.
· Inventory management: maintain an accurate inventory of sterilized equipment
and supplies, ensuring they are readily available for use.
· Maintenance and troubleshooting: perform regular maintenance on sterilization
equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance teams for
repairs as needed.
· Record keeping: maintain detailed records of all sterilization processes, including
equipment used, sterilization cycles, and any issues encountered.
· Compliance: ensure all sterilization processes comply with company policies,
industry standards, and regulatory requirements as stated under FDA 21 CFR.
· Training and education: stay updated on the latest sterilization techniques and
technologies, and provide training to other team members as needed.
· Collaboration: work collaboratively with manufacturing teams to ensure
equipment is properly sterilized and ready for use in a timely manner.
Education Experience Skills:
· HS Diploma Or Equivalent
· 2 Years Manufacturing Sterilization
· Must have experience in QC, QA, CGMP, ISO, FDA 21 CFR, EPA, and OSHA matters
· Must be detail oriented and self motivated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
