ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent Attendance.
- Must be able to operate a forklift.
- Must be flexible to support extraordinary production requirements.
- Investigate abnormal situations. Document and share findings utilizing Microsoft Office.
- Confirm order and yard maintenance is completed in GCCS/GPCS. Ensure error management screen is maintained. Report any unresolved issues.
- Support Physical Inventory requirements.
- Monitor unload schedule, open order report, & aging trailer report.
- Track the error management screen.
- Confirm order and yard maintenance is completed in GPCS.
- Understand NSE’s commitment to safety and their role.
- Understand NSE’s behavioral safety concepts and practices.
- Issue DTR’s when required.
Safety/Environment:
- Follow safety rules and requirements
- Ensure work area is clean (5s at end of shift)
- Support Incident Reports as necessary.
- Watch for and address any mishandling of parts or company equipment to help prevent accidents, parts spills, part damages, and watch for containers not locked in.
- Correct and/or report any safety and health hazards
Quality
- Maintain Receipt Accuracy daily
- Report any inventory irregularities to SV immediately
Cost:
- Ensure correct receipt of all parts in both GCCS and GPCS
Delivery:
- Support overtime (scheduled or unscheduled)
- Monitor receiving areas to ensure correct receipt
Morale:
- Interact with team members and customer daily in a positive way.
- Treat all associates consistently and respectfully.
- Raise concerns/issues immediately to management.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
- Post-high school education (2 - 4-year degree in Operations Management, Business or related field) or equivalent experience.
- Able to interact within the company with our customer and associates.
- Able to lead project teams and present information to management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be able and willing to work any shift, hours, holidays, weekends, or overtime as needed
- Computer skills- Microsoft Office; GCCS/GPCS
- Successful completion of Microsoft Assessment Test will be required

- 8 hour shift
