We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst to join our IT support team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Duties:
- Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for Windows and Mac OS platforms
- Assist users with network connectivity, TCP/IP, and VPN configurations
- Utilize ticketing systems like Remedy to log, track, and resolve incidents
- Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets
- Provide support for Microsoft Office applications
- Collaborate with the team to deploy software updates using SCCM
- Assist in managing network devices using Meraki dashboard
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a help desk or IT support role
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Mac OS environments
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Remedy
- Experience supporting mobile devices and Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of IT infrastructure components such as SCCM and Meraki
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
