As an entry-level Customer Event Representative, you are the first line of contact for consumers at promotional events throughout the Inland Empire. The Entry Level Customer Event Representative will communicate openly, with an enthusiastic and engaging tone, and focus on establishing a positive brand name for our clients in the Ontario area.
The Customer Event Representative role will be required to complete training on a range of company standards, including but not limited to: event marketing and sales strategies, compliance standards, business operations, inventory management, training and development of others, human resources and territory management. Customer Event Representative Responsibilities:
- Effectively promote products and services to consumers at promotional marketing events
- Answer questions with transparency, honesty and professionalism to establish trust and increase consumer retention
- Maintain open lines of communication with prospective customers for referral and cross-selling opportunities
- Adhere to company guidelines while attending promotional events and speaking with prospective customers
- Manage all event displays appropriately ensuring they are engaging and professional
- Receive further training and development from Senior Management to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace
Requirements of a Customer Event Representative:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Some college coursework or degree in related field preferred but not required
- Experience working in a fast paced customer-facing role preferred
- Experience working in retail, sales, customer service or event related role
- Must have a passion for helping others and working in a team environment
- Must be able to commute to our office and events on a daily basis
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
