BEE ACCESS- PRODUCT ASSEMBLY TECHNICIAN
We are seeking a Product Assembly Technician to join our production team that will support the company’s overall growth strategy by assembling, testing, and preparing products for sale to customers. This position encompasses being extremely hands-on with an understanding of the overall product.

- Full time hours and first shift schedule: 40 hours per week guaranteed, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
WHAT THE ROLE DOES:
- Assemble equipment using hand and power tools with a high attention to detail.
- Follow written and oral directions to complete assembly.
- Effectively and efficiently operate machinery after proper training and certifications issued.
- Pull and count inventory for both customer orders and warehouse inventory/accuracy.
- Organize and inventory stock material, hardware, parts, etc. in warehouse.
- Work between different areas in warehouse and product assembly lines as workload requires.
- Maintains a neat, efficient workplace where there is a commitment to safety and following workplace procedures.
- Communicates with Supervisor and peers to maximize productivity and ensure assembly targets are met.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of Forklift experience preferred.
- Capable of handling and lifting 50 lbs. without assistance.
- Strong mechanical mindset to interpret and understand how equipment is intended to go together and work.
- Highly ethical, positive cultural addition, self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
