```Duties```:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations
```Experience```:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a catering or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of food handling techniques and knife skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Familiarity with menu planning and food safety regulations
- Experience as a Dietary Aide or similar role is a plus
