A trading company in Federal Way is looking for candidates for B to B customer support for their HVAC product.
You will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance for infrared heaters
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Respond to customer and distributor inquiries via phone, email, or in-person
- Collaborate with the supplier's engineer team to escalate complex issues when necessary
Business trip: domestic and to Japan
Skills:
- Proficiency in Mac OS and Office applications
- Knowledge of help desk procedures and best practices
- Familiarity with HVAC /Thermal energy product
- Experience in commercial product support
- Strong computer management skills
- Japanese bilingual (conversational)
