```Duties:```
- Prepare sandwiches according to customer specifications and established recipes
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sandwiches
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, and slicers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register or point-of-sale system
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and answering customer questions
- Upsell additional menu items or promotions to increase sales

- Culinary skills: Ability to prepare sandwiches with precision and attention to detail
- Kitchen experience: Familiarity with working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Restaurant knowledge: Understanding of restaurant operations and customer service standards
- Aloha POS: Proficiency in using the Aloha point-of-sale system for order processing and payment handling
- Food handling: Knowledge of proper food handling techniques to ensure food safety and prevent cross-contamination
- Sales skills: Ability to upsell and promote additional menu items or specials to customers
- Food safety: Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment
- Retail math: Basic understanding of retail math concepts such as calculating prices, discounts, and change for cash transactions
- Food service experience: Previous experience in a food service or restaurant setting is preferred
