Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to effectively manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives. The Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for providing support to customers, analyzing customer feedback, and ensuring that all customer service interactions meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
- Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they are meeting performance goals and providing excellent service to customers.
- Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to customer service representatives.
- Develop and implement customer service processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that customer service initiatives align with overall business goals.
- Oversee customer service projects and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Negotiate with customers to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on supervisory roles.
- Experience in sales and customer service, with a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and make recommendations to improve customer satisfaction.
- Experience with customer service software and technology.
- Experience in developing and implementing customer service processes and procedures.
