We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Marketing Manager to join our team, specializing in the promotion of commercial duct silencers and other acoustical products in the north American Market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with marketing expertise to effectively communicate the benefits and features of our products to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Expertise:
- Develop a deep understanding of commercial duct silencers, including their design, functionality, and application.
- Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and advancements in HVAC systems and noise control solutions.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of relevant acoustics standards and trends.
- Marketing Strategy:
- Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote commercial duct silencers.
- Identify target markets and develop marketing plans tailored to these segments.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Content Development:
- Produce high-quality technical content, including whitepapers, case studies, product datasheets, and application notes.
- Develop engaging marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, videos, and webinars.
- Digital Marketing:
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
- Optimize website content for search engines and user experience to drive traffic and lead generation.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
- Product Launches:
- Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, launch events, and post-launch analysis.
- Coordinate with product development and sales teams to ensure successful product introductions.
- Customer Engagement:
- Provide technical support and product training to sales teams and distributors.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and marketing strategies.
- Trade Shows and Events:
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
- Organize and participate in technical seminars and workshops to promote product awareness.
- Consultant Specification:
- Work directly with consultants to specify products for projects.
- Ensure products meet all relevant specifications and standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical marketing, preferably in the HVAC or noise control industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial duct silencers or related products.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Experience in specifying products with consultants.
- Knowledge of selling similar products in the industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant acoustics standards and trends.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CAD software or other design tools.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to HVAC and noise control.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
