Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment for preschool-aged children
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Provide individualized attention to support each child's learning and development
- Organize and participate in activities that promote social, physical, and cognitive development
- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure educational goals are met
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with preschool or toddler-aged children
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to develop age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities
- Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff members
- Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
- Passion for educating young children and fostering their growth
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience in childcare or daycare settings
- Proficiency in curriculum development for preschool programs
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.33 - $25.68 per hour
