As a Stationary/Building Engineer, you will be inspecting, operating, and maintaining a high-pressure steam powerhouse, HVAC systems, emergency power, and fire protection systems. This role is very important to the safety and care of our patients and caregivers.
2nd Shift: 2:30 pm-11:30 pm. Days may vary based on department need.
The ideal future caregiver is someone who:
Has a 3rd Class Stationary Engineers License from the State of Ohio.
Has a mechanical background and pipefitter/millwright experience.
Demonstrates a strong work ethic.
Is self-motivated and mechanically inclined.
Has a passion for patient safety.
Stationary/Building Engineers work on many different types of systems and learn a variety of new skills. Many Stationary/Building Engineers explore roles as Leads or Supervisors within their departments.
