Summary of Functions
Build relationships with General Contractors, End Users and Networking Partners to sell interior fire alarm, fire sprinkler and clean agent projects.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Call on General Contractors for Interior Retrofit Business
- Call on Electrical Contractors for Fire Alarm Retrofit Business
- Works Closely with Test & Inspection Representative to quote additional test and inspections for new customers.
- Build relationships and present United Fire Protection’s capabilities.
- Build relationships with Networking Partners that can refer UFP.
- Sell any additional service, repair, inspections or retrofit business as delegated by management.
- Estimate costs from blueprints and specifications, requires detailed technical competence
- Create proposals and make presentations
- Assist with some Project Management on sold projects.
- Ensures that all customers are satisfied and that they are getting World Class Service.
- Meets or exceed sales quota for Interior Project Sales
Organizational Relationship:
- Reports directly to the Branch Manager.
- Works closely with the Project Manager
