A privately held high growth tech company has an immediate need to hire a CRO (Chief Revenue Officer)/Head of Sales for a full-time employee role. Candidates who are slightly junior (up-and-coming) through mid-level would be an ideal fit. Duties and salary will depend on experience. The position includes salary + full benefits. The position is based in Holly Springs, NC and can be on-site or hybrid. Applicants may already be local or may be planning a relocation. The ideal fit is a candidate with experience in a hands-on role driving revenue for a start-up or high growth tech company with 0-60 employees and $0-20 million and a sales cycle under 6 months and deals under $10K. Current or recent experience must include a role which entails both strategic leadership and individual contributor sales with quantifiable results.
