Responsibilities:
PRIMARY
- Ability to tear down and reassemble vehicles
- 3 year experience

- Finish sand and buff/detail cars
- Deliver high-quality work

- Manage all vehicles assigned
- Check parts against estimate and ensure proper parts are ordered and received.
- Complete mechanical and safety checks work required by Insurance companies.
- Possible body work: small bumper replacements, dash replacements, R&I of interiors on hail repairs and wind noise, water leak issues
- Notify management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.
- Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
- Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners and other hazardous materials. Reports any deviations to management.
- Understand, keep abreast of and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
- Diagnose check engine and airbag problems.
- Experience with alignment and suspension work, as well as air bag installation, is a must.
- Previous automotive technician or military equivalent experience is required.
- Spanish speakers welcomed.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
