Job Summary:
As a Cannabis Customer Experience Representative for our delivery service, you will be the face of our company, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction for cannabis enthusiasts. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting and ordering cannabis products, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process. If you are passionate about cannabis, customer service, and have a desire to work in a dynamic and growing industry, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat in a
timely fashion.
● Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks
● Provide information and recommendations on various cannabis products and
strains to meet customers' preferences and needs.
● Assist customers in placing orders and address any concerns or questions
related to the products, delivery process, or regulations.
● Ensure accurate and efficient processing of orders, including verifying customer
information and payment details.
● Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.
● Perform cannabis research to answer customer inquiries and requests
● Update customers on the status of their orders and provide tracking information
as needed.
● Coordinate with delivery teams to schedule and confirm delivery times with
customers.
● Maintain accurate customer records, order histories, and communication logs.
● Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback and preferences to improve
service.
● Communicate effectively with other team members and managers to provide a
seamless customer experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
