Administrative Assistant
Description:
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will perform various administrative tasks to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be efficient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and screen phone calls in a professional manner.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (e.g., letters, packages).
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Schedule meetings and appointments and manage calendars.
- Organize and maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).
- Draft, format, and edit documents, including memos, letters, and emails.
- Coordinate office events, including meetings, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Provide general administrative support to executives and other team members as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
