Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Room Preparation: The Testing Center Administrator plays a crucial role in setting up the testing environment.
- Identification Verification: Verify the identification of examinees before they begin testing and assist them in finding their designated seats.
- Monitoring: Vigilantly monitor students during test sessions to ensure a secure and fair testing environment.
- Test Material Management: Assist in the distribution and collection of test materials, maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
- Demographic Support: Provide support to examinees in completing demographic information before commencing the test.
- Irregularity Reporting: Report any suspected irregularities promptly to the testing coordinator.
- Admission Control: Manage the admission of individuals into and out of the testing room.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records by filling out necessary paperwork for various exams.
- Technical Proficiency: Possess basic computer troubleshooting skills to address technical issues that may arise.
- Flexibility: Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the testing center.
