Our Responsibility:
- Provide industry leading knowledge and training on the proper way to sell Medicare Supplements and Medicare Advantage plans by using a consultative sales approach with proven results.
- Provide inbound leads of people turning 65 as well as people already on Medicare and looking to increase their benefits or Save $$
- Continuous sales training and one on one coaching
- Back end support for all submitted applications
- Access to the Top Rated Insurance Providers in 45 strategically targeted States
- Easy online application process
- Provide access to a very user friendly Contact Management System to keep you on task and generate more sales.
Your Responsibility:
- Have the ability to demonstrate industry knowledge and clearly articulate product knowledge in a simplified manner
- Must be willing to educate prospective clients and follow a consultative sales process
- Comfortable on the phone and have a clear, confident speaking voice
- Positive and competitive attitude
- Punctual, Sales Skilled, Professional, and Goal Oriented
- Be coachable with new and various Sales Tactics

Requirements:
- Candidate must have a current Florida 2-15 Health, Life and Annuity License or Florida 2-40
- Prior Medicare experience is preferred, but not required
- 1 year + sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong phone presence and Sales Ability
- Detail oriented and must be diligent with follow up appointments
Job Type: Full-time Monday Through Thursday 9am-8pm
Salary + Commission averages $75,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
