Role Overview:
As a Sales and Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and office needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Welcome customers as they enter the showroom or interact with our business. Be attentive, friendly, and engaging with contractors and homeowners to understand their needs. Handle incoming phone calls and other communications.
- Written Communication: Strong written skills are vital for composing emails, memos, and other office correspondence. Schedule meetings and send invites to attendees.
- Organization: Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, organizational abilities are key.
- Data Entry: Proficiency in accurately entering and managing data including quoting software CRM, and contracts.
- Basic Product Knowledge: Assisting customers with basic information about each of our product lines.
- Quoting and Orders: Prepare take offs, quotes, while being attentive to discrepancies, capabilities.
- Managing Office Supplies: Overseeing and ordering office supplies.
- Sample Management: Keep track of window and material samples used by sales reps, architects, and builders, including catalogs, color samples, corner samples, profile samples
- Showroom Appearance: Prepare showroom for appointments by dusting, cleaning fingerprints off glass, and light vacuuming. Keep common areas clean and stocked including kitchen and bathroom areas. Keep office plants watered and healthy. Taking out recycling or trash as necessary.
- Security: Locking doors and setting alarms as needed.

Compensation:
- Full-time: $26 per hour + benefits
