Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations based on their preferences.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest products in the hemp industry. Educate customers on the benefits, usage, and care of products.
Cash Handling: Operate the cash register, handle transactions efficiently, and ensure accurate cash handling practices.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, identify products that are out of stock, and take note of customer product requests.
Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Sales Goals: Strive to meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient store operations.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers on products and services, and relay this information to the management team for continuous improvement.
Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to hemp products.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge in hemp products is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Must be of legal age to sell hemp products.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $9.00 - $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
