We are looking for a candidate who can work to fill a PM Line Chef position ( 1pm to 9pm aprox) at our Season's Restaurant located in Flat Rock, NC, 20 miles south of Asheville. Minimum 3 year sauté experience in scratch kitchen is needed. Candidates without, at least 3 years, of fine dining experience as a Cook II or III, will not be considered.
