Executive Personal Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY:
An effective Executive Personal Assistant will help the Doctor make the best use of her time by assisting her in managing her personal schedule, personal financial matters, and logistical coordination while participating in day to day activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondences
- Manage personal calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
- Manage personal business activities
- Make travel arrangements (business and personal)
- Organize events / engagements
- Perform basic household shopping / meal preparation
- Run errands (business and personal)
- Appropriately handle personal mail
- Pay bills
- Answer / return phone calls, as required
- Maintain filing system
- Take child / pets to and from appointments and / or activities, when needed
- Other duties as assigned by the doctor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience working as an Executive Personal Assistant, highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize and follow-through to completion on multiple tasks, often under strict deadlines, with frequent interruptions, and sometimes changing priorities.
- Advanced experience with solving problems, developing solutions, and being innovative
- Skilled in the use of standard office equipment including telephones, calculators, copiers, fax, computers.
- Effective Communication
- Must have MacOS proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of computer software applications (e.g., Microsoft applications, Google Workspace, Zoom, Adobe applications, etc.).
- Ability to independently and accurately interpret data and information.

- Knowledge of the English language – composition, grammar, spelling, and punctuation
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to stressful situations
- Ability to work cooperatively with and engender trust from the doctor

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Two year degree from a college or technical school and a minimum of six months to one year of related experience and/or training OR An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
