We are a faith-based travel company specializing in international group travel arrangements for churches. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, problem solving Customer Service Rep to join our team. The Customer Service Rep will work closely with Travel Account Managers who organize international group trips. in assisting them with responses to travelers inquiries, reserving land and air trips, processing registrations and payments, working with airlines and overseas travel companies. This is a dynamic role, which requires superior written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask, set priorities, juggle assignments, creatively solve problems and respond to deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and packages.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, editing, and proofreading.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 6 years proven experience as an administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in Google suite (Docs, Sheets, G-Mail).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Valid US Passport
- Willing to travel internationally
