Ira Green, Inc. is looking to fill vacancies on our field sales team for a Field Sales Merchandisers at various locations (including, but not limited to):
Misawa, Japan, Ft Wainwright, Iwakuni, Japan, Okinawa, and surrounding Exchange stores within the respective military facilities.
We contract independent, detail-oriented professionals with great communication skills to partner with us at AAFES and Marine Corps Exchange locations worldwide. This position is part time, 2-30 hours weekly, that may have growth opportunities at additional locations.

Description:
Part-Time Sales Representative - 1099 Contract
Approximate work load: 2-30 hours weekly, flexible schedule. (location dependent)
Starting Pay: $17-25/hr (location and experience dependent)
Job Summary:
In this position you will manage stock assortments with our corporate office, stock merchandise, conduct inventories and build relationships with managers to ensure the needs of Exchange stores are met or exceeded. The merchandising manager will familiarize themselves with our tactical merchandise and the needs of the stores to ensure new and applicable products are made available to customers. The ideal candidate has leadership experience and excellent communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Maintain a professional working rapport with store management.
· Become familiar with tactical products and assist management in determining need of new/varied items; present new items to store management as they become available.
· Keep sales floor stocked and maintain organized backstock; identify and adjust over and understocked items with corporate office.
· Facilitate special order items and assist customers as needed.
· Use company provided tablet for stock assortment management.
· Follow base regulations at all times and retain a professional appearance and attitude.
Desired Qualifications:
· Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
· Base access or ability to obtain legal base access
· Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
· Professional/volunteer experience exhibiting your ability to work independently with minimal oversight
· Previous professional vendor, retail, or customer service experience preferred, but not required. If you have loosely related experience, a positive attitude, and are motivated, please apply!
· Volunteer experience requiring teamwork, leadership, and independent responsibilities considered in lieu of professional experience
· Occasionally be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
