Job Title: Sales Representative - Asian Market in the US
Company Overview: Hooplife Corp is a dynamic and rapidly growing distributor of health & beauty products and authentic Chinese foods. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products to consumers while fostering strong partnerships with retailers in the US local Asian market. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth in key supermarket chains such as 99 Ranch Market and Hmart.

Responsibilities:
l Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the US local Asian market.
l Identify and prioritize key supermarket chains and retailers, including 99 Ranch Market, Hmart, and others, for product placement and distribution.
l Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and decision-makers to secure product listings and optimize shelf space.
l Conduct regular sales calls and presentations to introduce new products, promote existing offerings, and negotiate terms of sale.
l Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product displays, and other sales support materials to drive consumer awareness and demand.
l Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
l Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
l Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and community gatherings to network with potential partners and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
l Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
l Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the health & beauty or food industry.
l Strong network and existing relationships with key players in the US local Asian market, including supermarket chains and retailers.
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English, and proficient in one or more Asian languages such as Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, etc.
l Effective negotiation skills to close deals and build long-term relationships with clients.
l Analytical thinking skills to analyze sales data, market trends and consumer behavior to make strategic decisions.
l Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
l Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
