Web Site Developer and Compliance Monitor Job Description
A well-established Tampa Bay based real estate and property management company is looking to add to our team and have an immediate opening for a Web Developer. We are looking for applicants with exceptional customer relations skills and a strong work ethic.
Web Site Developer and Compliance Monitor duties and responsibilities
- Ensure website compliance with HOA and property regulations by managing, maintaining, and updating 200+ client websites
- Maintain checklist and documentation on website requirements based on legal regulations
- Assist with creation of new websites, build templates & purchase domains for onboarding associations and clients
- Assist with managing, maintaining, and updating client websites & domains using WHM & cPanel
- Assist with managing and maintaining the main company website (WordPress), including all plugins and media elements
- Track and manage support requests with a cloud-based ticket system (Spiceworks)
- Assist with creating and sending email campaigns to communities (MailChimp)
- Assist with modernizing older websites by implementing newer responsive layouts & interface designs
- Assist clients & employees in website user account registration processes
- Coordinate closely with help desk staff in implementing software solutions for client websites
- Assist with implementing custom graphic design elements into client websites, including drone footage & property photos
- Assist with conducting periodic backups of all website data
Web Site Developer and Compliance Monitor position requirements
- 1 - 3+ years of experience with website development using HTML, PHP, CSS, JavaScript
- Background in real estate, HOA, property regulations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational aptitude and attention to detail
- Proven analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
This position requires onsite deployment to Clearwater, New Port Richey & St. Petersburg, and will require driving to locations within the greater Pinellas/Pasco/Hillsborough area.
Compensation is determined on skills and abilities. Benefits offered include medical insurance, and paid vacation
