JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Coordinate manage and track projects from start to completion
- Create and maintain project folders by filling all project related documentation
- Draft various project related paperwork such as: Art specs, Presentation packages, Client proposals, Requests for Quote, Purchase Orders, Artists contracts, Project Tracker and Approval forms, Packing slips etc
- Track artist contracts and purchase order status
- Oversee packing and shipping logistics
- Maintain art inventory records in Masterpiece (database program we use for inventory management). Record and label all new inventory items Update website to reflect new inventory listings Record all inventory going out on consignment and/or returns to artists Keep art racks and flat files organized Assist pulling, unwrapping art for client presentations Packaging and wrapping of art as needed. Photographing and video taping of artwork
- Assist with answering phones and door
QUALIFICATIONS:
Coordinate, manage and track projects from start to completion
Ability to deal with ambiguity, uncertainty and make quick, pragmatic decisions based on limited information
Creative Problem Solver mind set. Ready to help support the various challenges with the focus on finding the optimal solution
Strong qualitative and quantitative abilities to enter and look at data in Excel
Team Player with ability to work closely with FP team
Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
Effective time management skills
Organized and able to work independently
Attention to detail
High Level of accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical ability to move artwork
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Photoshop knowledge a plus
Project Management: 1 year experience prefferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
