Job Summary
The Youth Sports Coordinator is responsible for delivering a great sports experience on game days. From coaching and high-fives to equipment set up and refereeing, you'll have a blast teaching kids the fundamentals of sport!
Responsibilities
- Assist parent volunteer coaches in leading practice sessions with kids ages 3-14 focusing on fundamentals and skill development
- Referee games - understand rules, facilitate games, focus on player improvement, be vocal and have a coach mindset!
- Teach & demonstrate the i9 Sports Sportsmanship values
- Engage with kids and parents with a positive attitude and deliver a fantastic customer experience

- Have experience working with kids
- Are skilled at delivering positive customer service - are you high energy, positive, upbeat!?
- Have knowledge and experience in one or more of the following sports: soccer, flag football, baseball, volleyball or basketball
- Able to work Saturdays at Novato High School 8am - 2pm

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
