Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Handle order processing, tracking, and updates
- Coordinate with internal production teams to resolve product-related issues
- Collect and report customer feedback to improve our products and services
- Manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims
- Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues
- Maintain detailed customer interaction records in our ERP system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn product-specific information
- Problem-solving skills and solution-oriented mindset
- Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly desired
